Honestly I'm very happy with this protein shake! It has really helped me gain muscle mass without gaining weight, I am now 177.6 pounds and 13% body fat and my weight before was 169. pounds with 17% body fat. I taste chocolate and it tastes good, it blends really well, I mix two scoops with water in the morning when I go to work and I also take another one after a workout with two scoops. that's a total of 4 scoops per day, giving you a total of 50g of protein per day. You can mix all 4 scoops at once, but it will be too thick for your liking! Suggestion: train hard, eat healthy, don't let dieting fool you, it's not magic, it works, but you're doing your part too!
