This is a really good vice. But the price is amazing. The bracket isn't quite right so when attaching it to the bench I had to secure it with some large washers to keep it perpendicular to the floor. And the jaws are a bit off so I had to use a small plane to give one of my liners a slight angle. Basically, the manufacturing tolerances are not very good. So it's a problem, but install it if you want it to be really accurate. But once installed it honestly doesn't look much different than a vise which would get a ton more so can't really complain. If you're just using it as a vise then mounting issues shouldn't be an issue - it's only an issue if you're careful about keeping everything straight and such.
