Arrived broken, lid is flimsy

I bought this product over other ones because of the supposed quality. Well one of the 2 came with a broken lid. I'm not sure about the long term quality. ***Update; they have excellent customer service. They reached out and replaced the defective item. All is good. These are not expensive at all so I don't expect them to be built of titanium. With that being said, I believe they are worth the price.

I love how small it is and fits perfectly in my console. I wish it could fit more change but I still love it!
