Of course this only works if you already have Pfister sanitary ware installed in the wall. I love the quality and look of these shower grips. But there was no way to get it to work properly (no leaks) because I have NO Pfister plumbing in the wall behind the shower. So I sent them back to Revain and went to the hardware store to buy a replacement set. Handles with those that match my plumbing brand. Doesn't look as cool as those Pfister faucets, but at least they work well and don't leak! By the way, while you're at it, it would be nice to swap out the "seats" as well. The replacement came with the kit I bought. You may need to purchase a special tool. Ask someone at the hardware store who knows how to do this for advice. Old seats can be difficult to remove but really need to be done (the new ones no longer drip from the faucet I had before).
