I received an item with missing parts. All hardware, including the 'clamping rings', was missing from the package. Locks also appear to have been used. One of them had a big scratch. I was also very disappointed with the processing quality of the closures. The indexing bolt did not go back completely, the levers had a lot of play and there were a lot of "burrs" left on the parts from the casting process. As if they weren't done yet. I also noticed that the latches don't work smoothly. I've read about fakes and knockoffs, but I couldn't tell. One of the indicators was the inscription in Japanese on the form, which I found odd as they are made in the UK. After returning the product for a refund, I ordered another pair of fasteners from the auto parts store. They arrived today and are very good. All parts are included, the parts are well made and work as expected. On the side of the bars is AeroCatch.com on one side and numbers on the other. Be careful what you order.
