I recently lost some weight. I've lost 50 pounds. The problem is that the skin sags. I need something to keep my flaccid stomach from shaking. I'm 6'4" but still 230 pounds. I bought an XL leotard. It helps hold my stomach in and I like the handles so they don't stick out or dangle. YES it is quite difficult to put on. First you need to put your feet and pull it up. Insert one hand then the other. If you have shoulder problems it will definitely be difficult to put on. My shoulder was replaced 5 months ago. I was able to put it on - and take off, but I felt some discomfort in my shoulder. After the 2nd tightening, it got a little easier. It helps, but I don't know how it lasts. I hope the seams don't tear after use.
