I am 6" 4" and 338. I ordered size 3xl. does his job. I have a big leather apron and the shirt is almost gone. This is a really great product. He does what he says. I was very impressed with the results. I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of product. The only trick might be finding the right size. I ordered one, a bit small because it would fit my normal shirt sizes (if you wear an XL shirt comfortably, try an L compression shirt). Not sure if this works for everyone, but a comment from another reviewer prompted me to do so. The result is excellent. It's harder to put on than take off.
