I like that it was easy setting up my account, they provide great customer service as well! It's also really cheap if you have to host with more than 1 provider (I use HostGator).

The only downside is sometimes there will be an outage which messes me out for awhile until their systems are back online fully but other then this its pretty good so far!! As of now we haven't run into any issues while working in conjunction together; however when problems do arise both companies can usually fix them at once rather quickly without having 2 people trying different things simultaneously-which would just take longer overall haha :).
