This product arrived as advertised and did exactly what I wanted it to do. It's coming to my door and you showed me how to replace it. Another home appliance company charged $15 to ship the $4 spring part and told me it would arrive in 2 or 3 weeks. Another equipment company stated that the spring was not separate and I have to buy the entire rack for $80 with shipping. I spent $9 and two screws on the door and 10 minutes of my time and it was fixed. Thank you for a great product and I am stocking up for the future as well. It's like getting two for the price of one.
