I was very disappointed with the product. The water should boil and then keep warm. Although it boiled water quickly, it didn't maintain the heating temperature. I found the manual incomprehensible. It looks like it was written in another language and then translated with a program that doesn't use spoken English. Some examples. "To burn water. Press the temperature selection button and select a temperature to keep warm, then press the keep warm button, finally press the heating start button, as long as the water boils at the degree you set, it will jump and heating will start, the keep warm time will last 30 minutes. If the keep warm function is not selected, the kettle will be lifted off the base to go into stand-by mode, allowing the program to initialize. "I was confused by these instructions and called tech support/customer service. The tour guide was friendly and helpful and she couldn't understand the instructions either. She gave up and told me to give it back to Revain. I would have guessed that the LEDs (blue when heating) would light up, albeit a different colour, while the keep warm function was maintained, but the kettle didn't. with Revain and was very happy with their response, just as happy with Amazon as I was with Bonsenkitchen.
