stopped working DO NOT BUY.
This hard drive worked fine for the first 6 months. After that everything was fine. Sometimes he was recognized, sometimes not. Then 3 months ago it was no longer recognized at all. Lost photos of friends who are no longer alive, my wedding, my nephews, all my music and games and many important documents. Reading other reviews I'm not the only one with this problem. Get out of trouble. Don't buy a Toshiba external hard drive. It's not worth the risk of losing what's important to you.
