I bought a 27" for an elderly customer with low vision. It was a great replacement for her tiny 17" monitor and the colors and frameless design looked great. Let's address the VESA incompatibility issue first At this price and size I wouldn't expect VESA compatibility, but if you know what you're doing it shouldn't be difficult to disassemble the monitor, remove the fixed mount on the stand and put a custom VESA mount on on the back. I see people doing crazy stuff on YouTube all the time. If you're good at building things, I recommend this monitor as a cheaper and more fun (building things) way to a frameless 3 monitor gaming rig. If not, spend your money elsewhere PROS: Affordable Light weight Large screen size Color rendering/space Frameless design CONS: Fixed stand - no VESA External power supply (ic h personally prefer this style) HDMI and VGA inputs only (wish it had displayport instead of VGA) Overall I can't complain that this monitor is value for money.
