Temporary cheap part

I only recommend this as a temporary solution until you get one from Nissan. It's not very good either, but still better than this. Also, my personal recommendation for fixing this is to take one of the plastic pieces, cut about 1.5 inches off the dipstick tube and have a machine shop roll the end into a hook and loop and attach a metal cap with an internal rubber gasket. It takes a machine shop and a welder and you'll never need a feeler gauge made for this car again because the metal cover and rubber seal won't break as easily as cheap plastic. I will also point out that cutting the dipstick tube must be done with a tube cutter and I did this on a Sentra with manifolds, not a factory manifold.
