I have 3 daughters and a wife. Everyone has long beautiful hair. What I pulled out of the tub drain is giving me nightmares. It's very easy to use right out of the box. Imagine a screed with indentations on the edges that reach into the deep indentations of your bathtub's pipe. What you pull out may look like a drowned opossum. It is easy to clean and can be reused if necessary. The metal handle is similar to the tool I use in my shop when dropping a small bolt or something behind a bench. Using very little force, press the button with your thumb to send out 4 fingers that are more than strong enough to pick up most small items in the sewers (like a lego piece). All in all, I probably won't be buying another set for a while, but will definitely get back to these when the time comes. Highly recommend, especially if you want to avoid dumping potentially toxic chemicals down the drain just to clear a hair clog.
