Torn pacifier, teethers and teether in one day

I bought Ryan & Rose Pacis from Target and I'm not complaining. They lasted several weeks before I had to throw them away. I've been having trouble finding them at Target lately, so I bought through Revain. Not sure if there is a difference or not, the packaging looked official but my daughter chewed through a hole in less than a day. She only uses them to sleep and sleep, as soon as she gets up the nipple disappears. I also always test them before I give them to her so I know the hole wasn't there when I got them. I will no longer buy from Revain.
