The ease of use is very helpful to me as an owner/operator! It's also great that I can update my guests' data via phone or email (as well as online) directly from their profiles in GAL.
At this point you cannot search by location which would be nice if they added it at some time down the road but other than that not much dislikes so far with GL! We are able to keep track of our bookings easily through GL compared to using paper booking systems like Excel spreadsheets. Also we have been able reduce staff hours required when checking-in customers due to efficiency gained while doing less work overall since there is no need anymore for multiple people manning check ins now that all info needed has already gone into one system such as ours. This helps us save money too because fewer employees mean more savings per employee hour worked - win-win!! Nothing really yet just minor annoyances here &there with how things could run smoother.
