Great platform and easy, fast set up

The ease of use is very helpful to me as an owner/operator! It's also great that I can update my guests' data via phone or email (as well as online) directly from their profiles in GAL. At this point you cannot search by location which would be nice if they added it at some time down the road but other than that not much dislikes so far with GL! We are able to keep track of our bookings easily through GL compared to using paper booking systems like Excel spreadsheets. Also we have been able…

  • Just being used everyday saves lotsa valuable real estate resources instead :) Great customer support reps available whenever help was requested during business day weekday times only unfortunately though
