I purchased two of these battery packs for LED lighting projects. Opening the pack to get a look inside is easy with four screws on the cover plate. Once inside, I confirmed that the battery cells were manufactured within the past 6 months. The internal PCBs also appear to be of good quality with clean solder joints on all components. The integrated switch on the pack is an excellent feature for any project use. We ran these packs for 5 hours at freezing temps (18F) running about 2’ of double density 5054 LEDs and the indicator only dropped one level (5 to 4). We saw no reduction of LED brightness. My only complaint is that the supplied chargers are VERY slow. Otherwise. very impressed with these little packs. Highly recommended.
