I like this lock .I'm so tired of carrying 1000 keys on a keychain or looking for keys to get into my sheds, move trailers etc. You can easily change your combo, if you move the wheels in one direction they will stop all at zero so you can count the clicks to open in the dark they make the marine about 3 dollars more expensive it is 100% brass at the same time the working mechanisms are brass only there is no bolt but a coating I use them outdoors with no problems.Make sure you follow the manufacturer's recommendations to use only graphite powder and no oil and they should fu r always stay outside. This is the lock that most governments and large corporations use in their rural things that require locks. A few people said it's fine outdoors not spending extra money on a sea course unless you're near salt water. These locks cost a little more than other options but last forever. They will not offer 100% security, but no one will, they will undoubtedly install burglary and attempted break-ins and keep honest people out or prevent damage to the electrical box, for example. They are ideal for hitching a trailer - the keys cannot be lost making it difficult to hitch or unhitch a trailer. I'm slowly changing all my locks. I like that I can have a key with another garden shed key so the helper has access and can be changed from time to time. I love that I can use the same combination on everyone and keep adding more as I use about 20 locks together on my carports, boats, bikes and trailers. Soon they all open without a key, and the main locks I replaced were rusty, caked and starting to stick. So far no problems in winter or spring, will be updated in a year or more if I buy more. For more than a year there has been no corrosion or any problems. I bought dry graphite powder and sprinkled it on each of these locks as well as all other types of locks including my cars. Found something on $3 hardware. I've just bought a new bike and will be ordering a lock for it, otherwise I've replaced all my locks that had a key with these. I love her. From the outside everything still looks like new. I even had trouble with the two main locks when changing, but not with either of them, they open easily every time. They are also very easy to throw off.
