It really works! I'm so ticklish!

Wow, I followed the directions and put a damp paper towel on the bottom along with the cheese and put in some unwrapped and cut slices of Jarlsberg. She went on holiday and came back two weeks later and she was still fresh and moist and not moldy! Hooray! Well, I don't know if this cheese keeps better (like Colby Jack thinks less mold than cheddar for me. Due to the acidity? salt? fat content? I don't know :-)), but I'm VERY impressed with this simple gadget. I hate food waste and this is very helpful! I'll review it again if needed, but so far I'm happy with its performance!
