Review on Instant Alliance by Richard Miller

I like that there were multiple personnels from different departments with me throughout my interview process and that they were able to provide different perspectives for my final decision. It would have been nice if it was not required of me to work so many hours after returning from school and then having to pick up kids at night. We are creating more flexibility in our schedule and allowing people to work where they are most productive. I like that we are able to have a good balance of people from different parts of the world. It makes for a more diverse environment and helps build relationships with our clients. Sometimes things can get out of hand as there is not much structure in place. But that's why we have managers and leaders who help manage the culture. We're looking at ways to improve communication between teams.
