The ease of use for our customers when using instant alliance was one thing that stood out most in my mind while working with them! They were very easy going people who made sure we understood what they wanted from us at all times during implementation time! Honestly this software has been great so far but I'm not too fond about some features like how you can't have multiple email addresses or different passwords saved as well (which would be nice). I like that there were multiple personnels from different departments with me throughout my interview process and that they were able to provide different perspectives for my final decision. It would have been nice if it was not required of me to work so many hours after returning from school and then having to pick up kids at night.
