They relieve pain

I had a lump in my breast and was advised to use a warm compress to help relieve the pain. They are great for this as you can just wear them over a bra (I sometimes wrapped them in a bandana when they were too warm for my skin). I have also used them as cooling compresses after a biopsy and they have been extremely helpful. You can even use them for other body pains, so they serve many purposes. Money well spent!
