Wow, this product is really good all in one. My already high expectations were exceeded. I bought a used one in very good condition with only the box being damaged. but it also came with a broken envelope punch. Too bad we couldn't pass the Amazon stock control. But this raised concerns that this product would harm me later, especially after seeing many reviews that only mentioned a broken envelope punch, it seems to be a pattern and a bad design flaw that is causing this particular button to break . so many people. I'll get a replacement because I really liked this tool, but I don't think it's worth $50 for something that may not be reliable. I took off another star because the envelope die guide doesn't give 4 1/4 to 5 1/2 measurements and you need to find that information yourself on the envelope die and put a sticker on the board to remind you or remember it . I hope if I can contact the keepsakes directly they can provide a replacement with an updated cover guide to anyone interested. I also hope they know that the envelope punch is broken for so many people and provide good customer service to either replace this part or send people a full replacement. I will be contacting the company directly to see if they offer good customer service to decide if this tool is even worth investing in as I know it will eventually break.
