This viewer was easy to install and looks great. It perfectly matches our door hardware. My only complaint is that it came undocumented. I don't want to get a huge, unnecessary, hard-to-open package with a bunch of instructions in every known language and dialect. It was in a tiny ziplock bag with nothing in it. Granted, installing a peephole isn't rocket science. But a few tips like drill a pilot hole first, consider the size of users when choosing a site, and at least name the size of the drill. This is where the fifth critic star died.
