Review on Design Brushes Builder Acrylic Dotting by Lisa Wilson

The plastic case containing the brushes arrived open and I only received two of the three brushes. What I really wanted was what wasn't in the package. I tried requesting the missing brush through the replacement option but they can't easily ship the missing brush so I have to do my best to return the other two and then they send me a replacement. I can't be disturbed. It's not worth my time and effort. The brushes don't seem to be of very high quality. They feel awkward and unbalanced in my hand. The covers on both hands that I received are very difficult to remove and put back on. One of the lids does not close completely. Yesterday I tried to do my french tips with the second smallest brush but the brush tip was too hard and too big and it didn't work. A missing brush will be credited. He also asked me to change my negative review. I haven't changed my words but have raised it to 3 stars to give it an average product rating since it was achieved.
