They need to be trimmed to fit but it's worth it
I didn't like having to trim them myself. However, in reality it is not that difficult. I placed one of these on a cutting board, circled the burner on it, and trimmed it. I had to slightly adjust the center where the gas pilot light is located. It only lasted a minute or two, so it wasn't too bad. But when finished, they look amazing and fit perfectly. I bought a set of black and a silver set and used two of these to line the stove. Protects well and doesn't look cheap like tin.
