I was skeptical but desperate when I bought this. One of my kids overflowed the toilet with toilet paper. I've tried all the suggestions online - baking soda, salt, dish soap, plungers, etc - and after three days of hoping the paper in the queue would dissolve and clear, we were left with jam and an unusable toilet bowl. Along with this product, I ordered another harmonica, supposedly high-pressure, "plumber" piston. He laughed at the new piston. But once I got the hang of using this device, the water drained within four minutes. I also had to pour very hot water down the toilet. But if it wasn't for this tool, our only option was to call a plumber and get billed over $100 in minutes. The only oddity about this product is that it comes with a wall hanger. . I think it's a good idea if you use this device in a place that isn't too clean, but I can't imagine hanging something that I use to remove a toilet on a wall in my house, even a wall in the bathroom . Also, the written instructions are terrible. I'm not sure if someone who is not a native English speaker or a native English speaker who is a bad writer wrote them, but the written instructions made no sense. Luckily the photos show you how to use it easily so I had no trouble getting used to it. I highly recommend this product.
