Spryalizer arrived yesterday. I immediately checked the box to make sure there was no damage and everything was in place. The kit includes a small book with several recipes and general information. I have two smaller spiralizers and have been pleased with the added improvements in the new model. I especially like the big suction cup which holds much better and the container to keep things fresh. It also comes with 2 extra blades and a storage box for most blades. I used it last night to make various vegetable salad curls. I'd love to try new blades, but it wasn't necessary. I took her advice and sprayed oil on the spiralizer where the food was in contact to reduce staining. Very good advice. I definitely recommend this spiralizer, it's sold at a good price, it's easy to take apart and put back together and very easy to store. You will enjoy preparing salads and other dishes with it. Trust me you won't go wrong.
