Review on 🧊 NORCOLD INC. NRF60 - High-Performance 2.1 cu ft Portable Refrigerator/ Freezer by Erik Sanders

Bought because I know a few people with Norcold products that were good units. When he was a few months old, he started to flake off a bit if he kept the temperature. After 12 months it stopped working completely. I've probably used it 6 times in total. "It's good that there's a 24-month guarantee," I thought. no Thetford (the parent company) didn't cover it because the Revain listing and my receipt said it was used. It was actually new in the box when I received it. In the original box, wrapped in plastic, with the smell of a new fridge. It was not a used refrigerator, but in their eyes a "second hand" refrigerator. Even after explaining how I bought it and that it was a new fridge, they wouldn't guarantee it - the rep I spoke to said it was "technical". No exceptions could be made. Good for you! You played by the rules but I will never buy any of your products again. I'm looking for another one (it's been GREAT in the short time it's worked) and I'm looking at ARB and Engle.
