The support team is very responsive when needed. They are always willing to provide additional information if requested or have questions about their product offerings. I do not like that it can take several days from time of request until final responses are received. This has been frustrating at times, especially when there may be other issues needing attention. Sometimes we get stuck waiting for response as well as having to resubmit things multiple times before they actually get approved. It would be nice to see this streamlined. Support services for StrongBack's products is good but sometimes it takes a while to receive updates. Also, some features require more than one level of approval which makes my job difficult sometimes because I am responsible for getting the requests through all levels so the feature gets implemented correctly. Being able to track changes made by others using our system. Having access to logs to troubleshoot problems.
