Mostly positive experience with strongback software

The support team is very responsive when needed. They are always willing to provide additional information if requested or have questions about their product offerings. I do not like that it can take several days from time of request until final responses are received. This has been frustrating at times, especially when there may be other issues needing attention. Sometimes we get stuck waiting for response as well as having to resubmit things multiple times before they actually get approved…

Strongback Consulting, LLC - Good product for tracking data

I like that we have been working together since 2014; it has always felt like an ongoing relationship rather than just one project at a time. The team is very knowledgeable about their products and they are great communicators as well! They also were able to work within our schedule requirements which made them able to complete tasks quickly. Nothing really - this was mostly due to scheduling issues but they worked with us to get things done when possible. It's important to understand how much…
