I'm 6'1", weigh 200 lbs and have to choose between constantly pulling up my pants or having an uncomfortable waist all day. I wear Tac-Lite pants 5-7 days a week and they have some elastic in the waist, but anything I carry in my pockets overcomes that. Go outside. This strap stretches just enough for comfort, yet is durable and doesn't feel like a rubber band. Excellent paddle holster support and probably a great option for a more comfortable carrying of the IWB. I'm a 36" and have the big one and it has about 8" of extra sag. If you don't want to sacrifice a good factory finish, you can certainly go down a size or two
