I love how easy it is for me as an employee working in house or from home via laptop! There have been times where my computer will freeze up but they are quick at reacting when there's any issues which i appreciate very much!! They've had problems over time keeping their website updated so some things might not seem quite current sometimes however if you're able then definitely give them another chance because its one thing about getting better each day. Nothing specific right now just overall good experience all around. ! I like how easy it is for my staff to use. It's pretty intuitive. The interface could be improved in some areas. But overall, I'm happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an all-in-one solution. I've been able to expand my services without hiring additional staff members. I can also keep track of my clients' schedules easily.
