Fell apart internally, closed the circuit.

I installed them as backup lights. In the beginning they worked quite well. A few weeks later I noticed that one of them stopped working. I took it off and noticed that the insulation on the wires had melted about 4 inches from the mount. I disassembled the flashlight and found that the board mounted devices had come loose from the board and one of them had shorted out the input power. from the board before but 7 pieces came loose! I would like to post a picture.
