Very bright and easy to install. We've made our side by side bright and highly visible as we move from farm to farm to forage. My husband will buy more for his tractor!

I installed these on my grandkids kart to replace the old bulbs that were originally in the kart. Talk about the difference! Now the grandkids can drive at night and see where they are going.

I installed them as backup lights. In the beginning they worked quite well. A few weeks later I noticed that one of them stopped working. I took it off and noticed that the insulation on the wires had melted about 4 inches from the mount. I disassembled the flashlight and found that the board mounted devices had come loose from the board and one of them had shorted out the input power. from the board before but 7 pieces came loose! I use them as headlights to boost my inadequate backup lights on my pickup truck. The bracket and screws are made of stainless steel, while the body is made of thick black powder-coated aluminum. The diffuse light cone ensures sufficient scattering when using my side mirrors. Since my cars are in a garage, the waterproofness has not yet been tested. Just in case, I applied RTV silicone sealant where the wires enter the case. Satisfied so far.

Not sure if they deliver the advertised lumens but I don't have a tester...they are bright but not as bright as I expected compared to other LEDs I've had used the past. Still, it's great value for money and looks well made. Small but valuable touches like tinned wires etc, the case feels solid and passed the accidental drop test flawlessly (I dropped one 3-4 feet onto concrete) and it didn't explode into a thousand pieces so I believe that they will endure. in harsh environments...
