Firstly, this camera is as good as HIKvision. The guides are not that helpful. A suggestion for those who connect it directly to a PC. Set a static IP and use 192.168.2.2 and gateway 192.168.2.1. If you are using a home router then leave this to the router as the IP address is set dynamically by the router. search problem. Google Drive complains that the file is corrupt. I emailed the company and they responded in just 12 hours the next morning. They emailed the search tool. Don't waste your money on a Swan or other expensive cameras. It's cheap and equally good. IR vision could benefit from some boost. My camera belongs to the Uprime series.
