I was a bit skeptical at first as this upgrade costs $300 but believe me it's worth it for the NA R50 mini. My Mini has a K&N Typhoon cold air intake, Borla exhaust, MSD coil, MSD spark plug wire harness, NGK Iridium spark plugs and now pedal to pedal controls. Easy to install, about 10 minutes. I would watch a YouTube video first to understand how to remove a BMW/MINI pedal. I drive in SPORT +3 mode simply because my car's power is limited. At each level there is a noticeable difference. The best way to tell the difference is to keep the pedal depressed (little effort) and switch levels to notice the change and see what suits you and your traffic flow.
