As my tests showed, this protein powder lacks the quality and nutrients I need for a rigorous workout .It tasted synthetic, significantly different from the fruity flavor promised on the label. It also caused some digestive discomfort, which concerns me about its safety for prolonged use. As a health-conscious individual, I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a legitimate sports nutrition option in the Health and Household category..
