There isn't anything I dislike about this service. If you are looking for a solution for your printing needs, this is what you need. Brother is a printer manufacturer that has developed software that makes managing and maintaining printers easier than ever. I like that we can set up our own time frame for when each department gets access to new equipment or how long it takes to receive an item back after being returned from service. There is not much i do not like about this program. It has been very helpful in keeping track of all returns and providing us with timely notifications as well as tracking down problems quickly. This software makes sure everything is done correctly so there isn't any room for human error.
