Bought to replace my 4 year old in my Kenmore Progressive vacuum. The other actually melted the end cap for this thing. I hesitated because several reviews said it wasn't good. But so far it's working the way I want it to. Belt and filter also replaced. It's going very well too. Some people complain that there are no belt grooves in the wood. While this is true, I haven't seen it as an issue in terms of functionality yet. Maybe it's not good in the long term, but I've been using it for about a month now with no complaints. I will update if necessary.
