Why would anyone sell a product where the 'how to' diagrams/pictures so clearly contradict the written instructions? The graphs show 3 frames with a test tube 1/2-3/4 full of water sample. and sit in the water sample with the test strip almost completely immersed - outside of all reading marks. This is despite the fact that a full pipette holds less than 1/4 inch of water sample, covering only a tiny length of the test strip β MUCH less than shown in multiple images β and filling roughly 1/10th of the test strip. Bottle! Again much lower than what is shown in the pictures. So I made an eyedropper and put it aside for a minute because I felt very unsure if I was doing it right. I looked at the images again, decided I must be wrong, and then added a few extra eyedroppers to match the photos. resulting in no reading and a failed test. So while I'm now pretty sure I was wrong about adding more test water, how was I supposed to know such conflicting instructions. I have to say I feel a bit betrayed by this experience.
