I used this as a punching bag I fill it up with water you're gonna need a water jet nozzle which you can pick up at your local hardware store or Walmart. Haven't had any wear and tears so far from me hitting it. My only complain about this product it has a very strong chemical smell to it .
- Fill with water using any regular hose sprayer (no need for attachment, just aim steady).Aqua heavy bag.
- May not be suitable for use in saltwater
