Virtually ignoring 1 star reviews. From what I could tell they thought you simply filled the steamer with water and pointed it at what you wanted to clean and pulled the trigger and "voila" it was miraculously cleaned. I'm sorry people . This is NOT what this steamer should be. It comes with multiple attachments to make it easy to clean almost any surface. I've been cleaning tile grout (I have a lot of tile floors) little by little since they arrived about a month ago. I use a small round wire brush (it comes with three wire brushes and other attachments) and do a little every day. It does a great job with messy, messy grout, but requires a bit of elbow grease (but not as much as when I used a toothbrush to clean grout). When the vapor runs out, it certainly does NOT take 45 inches (as some reviewers suggest) to cool before you can refill it! let cool down. This will help "release" the remaining steam several times over the course of 5 inches before you open the steamer to fill it. No wow what a deal! In general . This is a great little steamer and my new favorite gadget for cleaning the house. It's definitely cheaper in the long run than using harsh cleaners. both for your wallet and for the environment. Don't be put off by the low reviews some have given this product. I believe these reviews were mostly from people who were expecting a "magic" cleaner and didn't understand how this product actually works.
