The best part of this program is its ability to manage multiple properties from one location. It has a very simple user interface which makes it easy to use. There are some features like emailing and SMS notifications which I find quite useful. Sometimes it takes a while to load and sometimes there are issues with the system freezing up. I would recommend using this product if you have more than one property under your management. It helps us manage our properties with ease. It has helped us save time and effort as we don't need to visit each of our properties separately.
