Arrived quickly. I installed it and it worked great the first time. On the way back from fishing the wind picked up and got a bit sporty for my 16ft boat and when I came back I was pretty wet. The following weekend I turned it on and got the first beep it made when turned on. All day on the boat he never received a phone call or triple scan weather info. Considered not accepted. I used my Cobra VHF handheld that I had used before and tried to see if it would send or receive calls but it didn't. I heard calls from the Weather and Coast Guard on my laptop, but not from Uniden. Now go through the materials by delivering it to them or sending me a new device. Get an extended warranty!
