I was hoping for a lot more.

I've started comparing these headphones to my favorite Bose set and it's a bit unfair because there simply isn't a comparison. I was hoping to write a review that I'd just found a set of reasonably priced headphones that are just as good, but no way. Jose. Drop that comparison right away! I have a noise canceling MPow kit (MPow who?) for about $60. They lack bass but are very comparable and quite good. They are very comfortable, easy to put on and have nice padding. However, I'm surprised that the controls are on the left ear. There is a helpful guide on the left ear showing all the controls, they charge quickly and pair instantly. If you need to lengthen the headset to fit your head, there's a very thin metal strap that's exposed and doesn't scream quality to me. Noise-cancelling works well, but range is a bit limited at around 30 feet. As for the sound - the sound is good but lacks bass and can be tinny at times. I can't comment on the battery life as I don't wear it long enough. They come in a very attractive carry case which contains all the accessories and the instruction manual that comes with it is informative. I hate to say that to you as I sit back and forth between my $60 MPows and these. $130.00 Altec Lansing set (at time of review as price fluctuates) beats the $60.00 set!

Excellent sound. I'm still getting used to the volume control.
