These are great headphones for the price. I'm not comparing them to $300 Bose headphones, but I think it's fair to compare them to my Cowen headphones, which are in the same price range. I find the ANC on my Cowens a bit better. While you can definitely notice a difference when it's on, you can still hear quite a bit.
