I bought these to replace my set of highlight pastels as I've had trouble blending them and I have to say they are a lot better than highlights although they are there are in the same price range. I've used more expensive pastels like Sargent and while mungyo pastels don't blend as easily and are chalkier, they still work quite well if you have more than decent control over color blending, and they already offer a great deal Choice of colors this very useful! Again, they're chalky, so there's often a lot of dust collecting when you're drawing on a table, which can result in the occasional streak if you let the dust collect. If you have the money go for the more expensive brands but if not they are very good value for money!
