This HDMI to RCA converter is great value. The picture quality is comparable to a standard RCA signal. As long as you are aware of the limitations of the RCA output, it will do exactly what it claims to do. The PAL/NTSC switch works, but unless you're using it outside of the US, use NTSC in the states. The included USB cable is approximately 18"-20" long and the converter uses a standard 5V USB plug. My TV has a couple of USB ports on the back and they work fine, but most USB plugs work as well. Overall this is a good product and a steal for the price.
